As a Software Engineer, you will play an active part in designing backend components and services for new feature developments of the KeepTruckin platform. You will implement scalable architecture and work on an enthusiastic team contributing to robust projects such as Telematics, Geolocation, and video streaming to name a few.

Responsibilities:
  • Write scalable, secure, maintainable code that powers the platform that connects the worlds trucks
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and develop APIs for the KT platform
  • Launch and support features that will be used by the trucking industry and its partners
  • Take an active part in design reviews and help to guide software architecture decisions
  • Be a resource for the product team to determine the technical feasibility of features
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Experience in Ruby on Rails, Java, GoLang, Javascript/Node.js or similar language
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Cassandra
  • An affinity for creating software that is extensible, performant, and easy to read
  • A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
