RF Communications Engineer RF Communications Engineer will champion our position on our frequency and spectrum topics to regional and global organizations, with a goal of worldwide harmonization of frequencies to enable our current projects. You will help define, study, and advocate for World Radio Conference (WRC) agenda and study items, affecting global frequency and spectrum radio regulations. Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal stakeholders Prepare for and actively attend regional and global WRC preparation meetings Perform any related studies, including spectrum interference studies, etc. Work collaboratively across industries and with our policy team to negotiate, compromise, and come to consensus on radio regulation Qualifications: Wireless communications engineering background (M.S. preferred, but B.S. considered) Experience/knowledge/familiarity with spectrum/radio regulation. Strong oral and written communication skills. A demonstrated ability to effectively influence stakeholders with diverse, deeply held, and conflicting views to create consensus. The ability to interact and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
