Responsibilities and DutiesYour weekly tasks will be a combination of the followingCustomer Support: Respond to support tickets via Email and Phone. Set up Customer's hardware and software as a part of customer onboarding.
Qualifications and SkillsFamiliarity with Customer Support tool like Zendesk, Freshdesk At least 2 years of technical customer support as a Tier-I or Tier-II specialist.Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, Gsuite by Google. You will be using excel, word, emails, google driveComfortable talking to customers in a friendly and compassionate wayDisciplined and Analytical approach to problem-solvingPassionate about new technology trendsAssociate degree or equivalent
