Roles & Responsibilities As an Implementation Engineer, you will be a part of the team responsible for leading or supporting all aspects of technical client implementation efforts. You must have a passion for solution development and deployment. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and strong technical skills that can be leveraged to take business requirements and deliver complex technical solutions on the ClientTrack platform. ● Provide technical guidance to clients and project teams to ensure the solution architecture is aligned with business objectives. ● Communicate technical ideas to project teams, business stakeholders and non-technical users. ● Works closely with Business Analyst and Data Migration Lead to support data migration activities. ● Lead and participate in requirements elicitation and analysis of architecture, create and review design documentation, and contribute to activities related to estimation. ● Tailor the ClientTrack platform to meet the clients specific need and perform complex solution build setup. ● Develop a deep knowledge and proficiency with the ClientTrack Data Management Tools which include the ability to design and implement unique user interfaces, web forms, workflows, and new and modified data structures, as well as apply technical business rules ● Follow and promote Standard Operating Procedures and industry-standard best practices. ● Manage time to appropriately set and meet commitments. Required Skills & Experience ● Completed bachelor’s degree in computer science or software-related discipline. ● Passion for delivering innovative solutions for complex customer engagements. ● Ability to work well independently and as part of a diverse team in a fast-moving environment. ● Ability to multi-task among various assignments. ● 4 years’ experience in software development related industry. ● 4 years’ SQL development experience. ● Understanding of relational data models, data analysis, and information system best practices. ● 3 years’ HTML and JavaScript experience. ● Experience in Business Analysis and Solution Architecture principles. ● Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) and excellent interpersonal skills. ● Skilled in communicating with non-technical audiences in order to provide solutions that are technical in nature. ● Travel up to 35%.
