Designs and improves manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for electromechanical assembly lines and CNC machining cells. Incorporates inspection and test equipment and documentation for assembly and machining processes. Goal is fast delivery of 100% inspected high quality products at the lowest cost. Investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality. Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum four years of professional experience. Desired Experienced with Microsoft, Office (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Excel). Knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly, industrial processes, technical writing,. Strong English written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Knowledge of ISO 9000, CAD software, basic electricity concepts. Familiarity with CNC programming. This is a hands-on job that require learning each product assembly in order to document and teach. Must be able to occasionally climb factory stairs and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Standard work week will require occasional Saturday hours.
