A position with a great potential for growth in the commercialization of novel RF material solutions. Research, develop and disseminate test methods and systems for R&D characterization and production testing of RF materials solutions. Interface with R&D and operations to ensure proper test procedures are followed.
1. Design and oversee implementation of production test equipment for advanced RF material solutions (40%)
2. Support R&D through the development and automation of laboratory test equipment. (30%)
3. Validate new test methods, and support customer requests for data. (20%)
4. Establish electrical test procedures at external vendors. (10%)

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
3-5 years’ experience in the production testing of RF circuits or RF semiconductor devices
Required Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of production test methodology for RF components, subcomponents, or semiconductor.
Background and understanding of antenna theory and testing.
Strong communication skills, ability to adjust detail and level to audience
Expertise in the following software tools:
• Planar RF Simulator (Eg, Keysight ADS, Sonnet)
• 3D Electromagnetic simulator (Ansys HFSS)
• Statistical analysis software (Minitab, Matlab, Octave)
• Printed circuit board layout and schematic capture tool, (Eg. Altium Designer)
• At least one scripting language (Eg. Python, Perl, Ruby)
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in electromagnetics
Automotive industry experience
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Experience with the development and testing of RF materials, (Eg. PCB, radomes, ceramics)ITAR/Work Authorization:
