You will contribute to the design and production of tools, tests, processes and fixtures related to production.

Our strategic emphasis on continuous innovation ensures that there are always exciting new projects to work on. Our products are relied upon by the world’s top tier boat builders; the US Coast Guard, Special Forces, and Department of Homeland Security; and various manufacturers of commercial terrestrial vehicles.

To be considered, the candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Exceptionally high level of creativity, capable of conceptualizing and communicating many solutions to unique and challenging design problems.

  • Proficiency designing components for injection molding, diecasting and machining manufacturing processes

  • Extensive experience with structural, thermal and fluid dynamic calculations and their finite element simulations for the optimization of products.

  • Experience stepping through an assembly and calculating stack-up and fit tolerances.

  • Excellent analytical problem solving skills where problems are very unusual and challenging.

  • Familiarity with modeling and prototyping processes, equipment and techniques such as SLA/SLS/FDM, CNC machining, resin casting, etc.

  • Experience working in a very fast paced, responsive, deadline oriented environment.

You will find this position very satisfying if you:

· Are highly creative, and enjoy using that creativity to focus your technical expertise on problems to develop elegant solutions.

· Tend to be generally positive and approach most challenges with the firm belief that you will succeed.
