What are Engineering Central's prices?
The option we recommend is a Hot Job, which is $100.00 for 60 days. Hot Jobs get a lot more priority on the website than regular ads. Hot Jobs are featured on the home page, which no other ads are. They also go in a special section at the top of the relevant Job Banks (e.g., the Civil Engineering Job Bank) above the regular ads. Besides this, Hot Jobs come up higher in the search results than regular ads when a candidate does a keyword search.

The cost for a Priority Job is $63.00 US for 60 days. We also have very cost-efficient posting plans for large numbers of ads. Click here for more information on pricing and posting plans.

Don't forget - both Hot Jobs and Priority Jobs include resume database access for no extra cost!

How long do engineering job ads remain on the website?
For Hot and Priority jobs, 60 days. For posting plan ads, 30 days. If you want to remove your job posting before the time is up, you can delete the job from your Account Page. You can replace the job posting with a different one as often as you want. Even after you have deleted the job, you can still replace it with another job as long as the time has not expired.

How do I pay for an engineering job ad?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex), as on most jobsites. At present, we only take credit cards over the phone - we don't have an online payment system. If you have a PayPal account, we can accept payment through PayPal. We also offer invoicing for many customers.

How do I post an engineering job ad?
First, open an Account. Then, from your Account Page, click on Post a Job.

When will my engineering job ad appear on Engineering Central?
Typically on the day you submit it. In some cases (especially if you submit the job on the weekend or at night) it will be the next business day.
